My name is Minas Filippakis and I was born and raised in the city of Heraklion in Crete, Greece. I have always loved the culinary arts, and have been a chef for 20+ years. During my career, I have always enjoyed meeting new people and listening to their stories, while offering my guests soul-filling delicious experiences. I am passionate about hospitality and I am looking forward to meeting with you.
About the location
We have built and decorated Villa Fyllosia (pronounced fee-loh-sya) with the Cretan tradition and landscape in mind. Located just 14 km south of the capital city of Heraklion, our villa is nestled in a private olive grove and a small pine forest.
